My experience as a freelance professional includes working with leading consulting firms such as Protiviti—a major global organization specializing in risk management and internal audit—and the Scai Group, whose focus is on information systems. With Protiviti, in addition to continuing the update of UniCredit S.p.A.’s accounting manual, which I had previously contributed to drafting, I was involved in supporting Internal Audit in the implementation of IFRS 9. With Scai Fast, I worked as Project Manager on the Securitization project at Fiditalia, a consumer credit company.
Since 2022, I have been also a member of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 of ACQUE MINERALI D’ITALIA S.p.A., one of the major players in the mineral water and soft drink sector in Italy, with its master brands Norda, Sangemini and Gaudianello.
In November 2024, Humans & Rules S.r.l. was established – a company for the internationalization of businesses. Some of the results achieved include:
- An exclusive mandate to support the Government of Cameroon on five projects, involving the research and identification of companies for project development and of financiers for both the Government and private enterprises.
- The establishment of relations with Malawi, Mozambique, and Ethiopia.
